Acceptable Use Policy

AWFAI may be used for lawful business automation, knowledge management, customer support, document processing, software development, and productivity.
1. Lawful Use
Users must comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, intellectual property rights, and privacy rights.
2. Prohibited Activity
AWFAI must not be used for fraud, scams, cyberattacks, phishing, malware, spam, infringement, or bypassing security controls.
3. Data and Permissions
Users may process only data they are authorized to access and should grant AI employees only the tools, data, and action permissions required for the task.
4. High-impact Uses
Medical, legal, financial, employment, and safety-critical decisions require review by appropriately qualified people and must not rely solely on AI output.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate violations and restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate service based on severity.
