Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between each user and Zhengzhou Juhe Liuyun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (郑州聚合流云智能科技有限公司) for use of AWFAI's own software services.
1. Service Description
AWFAI is an AI workforce orchestration SaaS for individuals and organizations. It provides AI employee creation, knowledge bases, Skills, MCP integrations, workflows, CloudEdge orchestration, and AwfClaw execution capabilities.
2. Plans and Deliverables
The Free plan is available for evaluation. Basic, Professional, and Flagship plans provide different usage allowances and features. Current prices, currencies, billing intervals, and deliverables are listed on the pricing page and order confirmation.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paddle is used only to sell AWFAI's own Basic, Professional, and Flagship software subscriptions. Subscriptions renew on the selected monthly or yearly interval and may be canceled before the next billing period.
4. Account Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and remain responsible for account activity. Please contact us promptly about unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, commit fraud, bypass usage limits, or disrupt platform operation.
6. User Content
Users retain rights to content they upload and grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.
7. AI Output
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users must review important results and remain responsible for their configurations, data, and use of output.
8. Termination and Governing Law
Users may stop using the service. Serious violations may result in suspension or termination. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
