Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
This policy explains how AWFAI collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information. AWFAI is operated by Zhengzhou Juhe Liuyun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (郑州聚合流云智能科技有限公司).
1. Scope
This policy applies to awfai.com, the AWFAI console, CloudEdge, AwfClaw, and related software services that we provide.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only information reasonably necessary to provide the service.
- Account and sign-in information.
- When you use Google Sign-In, the Google account subject identifier, verified email address, name, and profile picture that you authorize Google to provide.
- Device, access, runtime, and security logs.
- Knowledge, workflows, AI employee configurations, and contact submissions that users choose to provide.
- AWFAI subscription order IDs, amounts, currencies, billing intervals, and payment status. We do not store complete card numbers or payment passwords.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain AWFAI software, authenticate users, secure accounts, process subscriptions and support requests, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Google Sign-In and Purpose of Use
AWFAI requests only the openid, email, and profile sign-in permissions. We use Google user data solely to authenticate you, create or link your AWFAI account, display your account profile, and protect account security. AWFAI does not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google service content.
5. Storage and Retention of Google User Data
We store the Google account subject identifier, verified email address, name, and profile picture as part of your AWFAI account and external identity mapping. Google does not provide your Google password to AWFAI, and we do not retain the Google sign-in credential after server-side validation. After an account deletion request is completed, the related Google identity mapping and profile data are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.
6. Sharing and Limited Use of Google User Data
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising targeting. We process it only to provide user-facing sign-in and account features, security, and compliance. We disclose it only when infrastructure providers bound to act for us need to process it, when required by law, to protect users and the platform, or with your explicit consent. AWFAI's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Service Providers
We may use cloud infrastructure, email, monitoring, model API, and payment providers to process data required for their services. Paddle processes only AWFAI's own Basic, Professional, and Flagship software subscriptions. Providers may process data only as needed to deliver their respective services.
8. Security and Retention
We use safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. We retain data only as needed for service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
9. Your Rights and Revoking Google Access
Where applicable law allows, you may access, correct, or delete account information, withdraw consent, and submit a privacy request through our contact page. You can revoke AWFAI's Google Sign-In access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access prevents future Google sign-in access but does not automatically delete an existing AWFAI account; you may separately request account or data deletion.
10. Policy Updates
Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
